I am just writing to pass on my sincere thanks to you for the way you organised my sister's, Jean Wright's, funeral last Thursday.

I am fully aware that such occasions can be highly stressful. However the way in which you took charge and sorted everything out for me and my family in such a competent and professional manner was a great relief. The day went very well. I suspect you even had a hand in organising the sunshine for us.

Again my sincere thanks.

The family and I would just like to say thank you so much for your help, support and guidance during the very difficult time of Ian's recent bereavement.

A very special thank you to Nicola for the lovely caring way in which you organised everything for us. It meant a lot to me and was very comforting to have you by my side. Your professionalism and compassion was outstanding.

Thank you both for all your efforts in making sure Mam's funeral went well from the start right through to the 'send off' tea.

You do not have an easy job and you did it with professionalism and dignity - yet managed to make it all seem personal and quite light hearted.
